Choosing an Aggregator

The aggregator you choose should  cover you with everything from excellent CRM (customer relationship management) compliance, product knowledge and marketing, to relationship management, networking and motivation. All mortgage brokers should have access to additional learning support from your aggregator which focuses on helping you to:

  • Grow your business
  • Grow the value of each of your customers, and
  • Compete in our increasingly digital landscape

Supporting Women in Finance

Your aggregator should hold events designed to support, educate and inspire women working in finance and broking. These events provide a forum for you to share ideas, experiences, and successes with other females.

Professional Development Days

Big and small PD Days are dedicated to your practical development including business skills and industry knowledge. You’ll see keynote speakers, participate in hands on streamed workshops and hear the latest important industry updates.

Webinars

Webinars should be open to all mortgage brokers and  presented by expert facilitators or industry experts on a range of topics, including compliance, marketing and more.

Commercial Professional Development Days

Whether you are considering adding commercial lending to your portfolio, or you are already operating in this area, this  will deliver targeted information to help you maximise your commercial opportunities. Providing a launching point for new connections, focus is given to developing relationships with Commercial Lender BDMs as well as product knowledge and practical application.

Mortgage Broker Software

Quality software is at the core of business success. That’s why it is important for a mortgage broker to have a software platform  built to meet all your business needs, from marketing and productivity tracking, right through to financial reporting and commissions, providing complete control and visibility over each and every aspect of your business.

Your aggregator will supply you with their software which is designed to increase efficiency in your business sales process, documentation storage and compliance.

Lender Panel & Products

A good mortgage broker should have access to an extensive panel of Residential, Commercial and Asset Finance lenders to ensure you have access to a diverse range of lending products to suit your clients’ needs.

Access to a lender panel and service providers will provide you with a range of competitive options to suit  multiple loan choices for every customer and scenario.

The panel should include all the major lenders, most second and third tier lenders, credit unions and mutuals. Check out some examples below.
