I believe a combination of the right business support tools together with my nurturing mentoring style helps the mortgage brokers to become educated and develop a positive mind set to believe in themselves and go on to become confident business owners and mortgage brokers.
With the above being said, I decided to shake things up a little bit and provide the mortgage brokers and the community with something different while also having loads of fun🎪🤩
I engaged Therese O’Neill who is an experienced mortgage broker mentor helping businesses 3+ years SOAR by providing targeted help. Therese is also an experienced Business Adviser, Presenter and Keynote Speaker and she agreed to jump onboard and try something different👍👊
Together we collaborated on how to lead by example and teach the mortgage brokers how to conduct a social media video campaign that was excitingly different👏🥳🤩
The video campaign had to have the following elements:
🎦Engaging
🎦Unique
🎦Contain authentic purposefully un-perfect videos.
🎦Educational tips
The plan was to firstly roll out the videos as a teaser and also educate the general public, and then secondly presenting the Social Media 101 Workshop to the mortgage brokers.
Due to the first Melbourne lockdown rules, we drew from our inspiration and presented the workshop on zoom from the dining room in my house👍
I know we 100% SUCCEEDED with all the ENORMOUS POSITIVE feedback we received👍👊🎉❤️
I can honestly say that this exercise has been an amazing success and has resulted with the mortgage brokers feeling very motivated👏
