Having worked with a number of banks including St George Bank, BankWest, AMP Bank as well as Bendigo Bank her experience is vast.
Her banking involvement includes Australian and International experience and ranges from investments to customer service to mortgages, enabling her to provide her clients and the brokers she mentors with a broad view and knowledge of the banking sector.

To support mortgage brokers maintain a positive mindset, Sue uses techniques such as emotional intelligence and NLP. Sue is a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming coach/practitioner (since 2010) and has always used these techniques to help and support the brokers.
Sue helps brokers establish new communication skills with their Client Value Proposition which enables them to become more confident to gain agreements from customers therefore increasing their business. The results also allow Sue to understand a brokers learning style and how to work with the broker in order to bring out their best results.
Sue’s pro bono work involves mentoring RMIT students who are currently studying in Melbourne.
